Some of the larger ongoing projects at the Robert Ford Electric Company.

Barthco International	This is a new tenant fix-up of building 26 at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. This project includes a generator and ups backup power as well as a high end lighting installation.
Church of the Advocate, Philadelphia, PA	New construction of a 10,000 sq.ft. community center with gymnasium and offices, fixtures, HVAC, services and feeders.
Commerce Bancorp, Cherry Hill, NJ	New construction of a 50,000 sq.ft. office/headquarter building. The structure is existing with new electrical infrastructure. This project has a 14 week duration.
Commerce Bancorp, Mount Laurel, NJ	Construction of a new 100,000 sq.ft. data distribution center including special lighting design, fire alarm, complete fit-out and extensive normal and emergency distributions.
Holy Family Convent	This is an out of the ground 20,000 sq.ft. design build. The building is residential with full up to date internet and tele/data installation.
Homewood Suites, Philadelphia, PA	Design/build of a new 12 story hi-rise apartment hotel complex including complete fit-out and special services, fire alarm, HVAC and individual apartment panel distributions.
St. Katherine's of Drexel Mission Center and Shrine, Bensalem, PA	New construction of a 30,000 sq.ft. facility including special lighting design, fire alarm and security systems, site lighting and services, switchgear, HVAC and distribution feeders.
University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, Philadelphia, PA	This project is the first phase of creating a new power distribution center for this campus. The center will eventually contain all new 15 KV high voltage switchgear and distribution systems. This project includes extensive service and distribution work.
Wells Fargo	Tenant fix up of 100,000 sq.ft. at the old Chester Power Station. The work at this historic building includes all in-direct lighting, ups-system, fire alarm upgrades, and tele/data pathways.
